 Q. Which is the latest version of MyLink ?
A. Yes. Currently the latest release of MyLink is 1.4.9.b as per September 25th, 2012.
Q. What must I do if I own a previous release of MyLink ?
A. Since MyLink 1.4.9.b has been improved in many ways, you are advised to make a full install of the product in both device and PC. Do so by removing MSI on the PC and on the device. For those who downloaded MyLink from Android Market, update of the apk will come up automatically.
Q. What is the compatibility matrix of MyLink for Android devices ?
A. MyLink 1.4.9.b is now compatible with android devices from 2.0 till 4.x. However due to the number of the devices in the market and the customization that manufacturers are performing on the system, you could face some incompatibility issues. In this case send us an email to bug.tracking@caamba.com and we will contact you in order to resolve the issue.
Q. Which version of Outlook can be synchronized with MyLink ?
A. MyLink 1.4.9.b is now compatible with Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. MyLink should also be able to sync with previous versions of Outlook from 2000 and 2002.
Q. On which operating system can I install MSI ?
A. MyLink 1.4.9.b is now compatible with XP, VISTA and Seven on both 32 and 64 bits. However we have been focusing on Seven X64 while trying to insure retro compatibility.
Q. How can I get a serial number ?
A. MyLink 1.4.9.b is free. However free does not mean that no serial number is required. Once downloaded the PC portion of MyLink (called MSI later), you will be entitled to install the product on your. Once done, the first think to display is the registration page of the product which will allow you to enter your name and email address. Once done, keep this page opened and open your mail client where you licence code have been sent. Enter and press register. It is all done.
Q. What are the new features of MyLink 1.4.9.b ?
A. MyLink 1.4.9.b come with a large number of enhancements and new features. Some of them are:

A. Yes. MyLink will synchronize these items to your phone so you can have access to your email and PIM information.
Q. Do I have to sync all of my information to the phone?
A. No. MyLink has options that lets you sync just the categories you want: mail, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of emails I can sync to my phone?
A. We have tested up to 4000 documents without attachments. Your phone's storage capacity will determine your limits.
Q. How do I sync the phone with my Outlook information?
A. Connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable, and use the MyLink software to sync the data to your phone

A. Yes. MyLink will be installed on your PC and on the phone.
