Sales Conditions


Preamble

The site is the property of the company Wave Global Services in its totality, as well as the whole of the rights related rights. Any reproduction, integral or partial, must be systematically subjected to the authorization of the owners. However, the connections of the hypertext type towards the site are authorized without specific requests. Here a summary of the operating conditions:

1. Acceptance of the conditions
The customer admits having taken knowledge, at the time of the placing of order, of the particular conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly states to accept them without reserve. The present general conditions of sale, govern the contractual relations between Wave Global Services and its customers, the two parts accept them without reserve. These general conditions of sale will prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other document, except exemption preliminary, express and written.

2. Products
The photographs illustrating the products, do not enter the contractual field. If errors were introduced there, to in no case, the responsibility of Wave Global Services could not be committed. The majority of the products offered to its customers by Wave Global Services are available in our warehouse.

3. Order
The systems of automatic recording are regarded as being worth proof, of nature, the contents and the date of the order. Wave Global Services confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer with the address mail that this one will have communicated.
The sale will be concluded only as a from the confirmation of order. Wave Global Services reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom would exist a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.

4. Delivery
After confirmation of order, Wave Global Services is committed that its conveyors have to deliver all the references ordered by the purchaser and this within 5 maximum days. This conveyor is urged by contract with Wave Global Services to deliver the order to the address of the purchaser provided by Wave Global Services. In the case of a transport in a system known as of against-refunding, the customer is committed to pay the conveyor or his representative the totality of the sum indicated at the time of the confirmation of order. Moreover, for the deliveries out of Metropolitan France, the customer is committed to regulate all the taxes related to the importation of products, customs duty, value-added tax, and all other taxes due under the terms of the laws of the country of reception of the order. All the placed orders with Wave Global Services are intended to the personal use of the customers, the customers or the product consignees prohibit any partial or total resale products. Wave Global Services is released of any legal responsibility if the payment of the taxes were not carried out by the customer. The delivery will be carried out by the following postal services: Colissimo or Chronopost according to the choice of transport of the customer to Metropolitan France. The delivery is carried out in the time crenel envisaged with the customer by the direct handing-over of the product to the announced recipient, in the event of absence, to another person entitled by the customer. The possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to claim damages. The delivery in the countries of the EEC are carried out by the postal service Colissimo or Chronopost following the choice of the customer, for the deliveries out of the EEC the deliveries are carried out by the international mail service or Chronopost following the choice of the customer.
In the cases of a technical product, the customer will particularly make sure to check the correct operation of the delivered apparatus, with reading the note of employment which is provided to him. In the event of apparent defects, the purchaser profits from the right to repossess under the conditions envisaged in this document. Are regarded as case of absolute necessity discharging the salesman from his obligation to deliver during, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility of being supplied. 5. Retractation
You have 15 days (as from the reception of the articles) to make an opinion. Refunding is due within 30 maximum days.

6. Price
The price is expressed in euro. The price indicated on the cards produced except does not include/understand transport for the computers. The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the price final, expressed all inclusive of tax and including the VAT for France and the countries of the EEC. This price includes/understands the price of the products, packing and the conservation handling charges of the products, the transport charges and startup.

7. Payment
The price invoiced with the customer is the price indicated on the confirmation of order addressed by Wave Global Services. The price of the products is payable cash the day of the effective order. The payment is carried out by credit transfer carrying DELTA/SWITCH logo. Online Wave Payment System allows you to regulate via a banking waiter of the BARCLAYS in a protected environment. Your credit/debit card number is thus directed towards the servers of the bank, your payment is carried out directly at a bank in an environment made safe without passing by the server of the shop, all the more important guarantee as your N° are known only of our banking partner (BARCLAYS). The order validated by the customer will be considered effective only when the centers of banking payment concerned, give their agreement. In the event of refusal of the known as centers, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer warned by electronic mail. In addition, Wave Global Services reserves the right to refuse any ordering of a customer with whom a litigation exists.

8. Litigations
This contract is subjected to the British right. Wave Global Services cannot be held for person in charge for the damage of any nature, as well materials as immaterial or body, which could result from a faulty operation or misuse of the marketed products. It is the same for the possible modifications for the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility for Wave Global Services will be, in any event, limited to the amount of the order and could not be blamed for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite everything the precautions taken in the presentation of the products In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the purchaser has the possibility, before any action at law, to seek a friendly solution in particular with the assistance: - of a trade association of the branch, an association of consumers or any other council of his choice. One is reminded that the search for the friendly solution does not stop the "short time" of the legal guarantee, nor contractual warranty period. One is reminded that in general and subject to the appreciation of the Courts, the respect of the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes that the purchaser honors his financial commitments towards the salesman. The complaints or disputes will be always received with attentive benevolence, the good faith being always supposed at that which takes the trouble to make a statement on its situations. In the event of litigation, the customer will address himself by priority to the company to obtain a friendly solution. With defect, the Commercial court of London is only qualified, whatever the place of delivery and the mode of payment accepted.

9. Warranty
Wave Global Services guarantees to you that all the selected products are manufactured, produced, assembled in France, in the European Union or countries respecting all the standards in force. In all the cases Wave Global Services could not be held for person in charge for the non respect for the regulations and legislative into force in the country of reception, the responsibility for Wave Global Services is systematically limited has the value of the product blamed, value has its date of sale and this without possibilities of recourse towards Wave Global Services. In any assumption, the customer profits from the legal guarantee of ousting and the hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the Civil code). With the condition which the purchaser makes the proof of the hidden defect, the salesman must legally repair of them all the consequences (art.1641 and following of the civil code); if the purchaser addresses himself to the courts, it must do it within a "short time" as from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the civil code). 10. Legal information
The information of the personal information collected for purposes of the remote sale is obligatory, this information being essential for the treatment and the routing of the orders, the establishment of the invoices and contracts of guarantee. The defect of information involves the non validation of the order. In accordance with Data-processing law the "and Freedoms", the personal data processing relating to the customers was the declaration object near the National Commission of Data processing and Freedoms (CNIL). The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right of access, of modification, correction and suppression of the data which relates to him, that it can exert at Wave Global Services. Moreover, Wave Global Services is committed not to communicate, free or with counterpart, the co-ordinates of its customers to a third party.
