In order for the installation of MyLink to be complete on both PC and device, please go to Android Market via your mobile phone, search for "MyLink" to download and install the free Phone App on your Android device.

Alternatively, access the links below via your mobile phone browser, download the Phone App and install it on your Android device.

Motorola
If you are experiencing issues using MyLink in connection with a Motorola device please follow these steps:
  • Download and Install MyLink on your Droid/Milestone phone via the Android Market.
  • Open MyLink on your mobile phone. This creates the database on your SD-Card.
  • Connect your phone to your PC via a USB cable.
  • From the home screen, slide down the NOTIFICATION bar at the top of the screen.
  • Select 'USB Connection'.
  • Select 'Memory Card Management'.
  • From your computer, access the phone's SD-Card using Windows Explorer and verify that the folder "andsync" exists in the root directory.


If all previous steps are carried out correctly, you will be able to start syncing your data with MyLink.
This will allow MyLink full access to your SD-Card. You only need to perform this procedure once. The next time you connect your phone to your computer, your SD-Card should be mounted automatically. This is an enhancement to previous version before Android 2.0x.

Please repeat the process starting from Step 4 after you applied changes to the method used by Windows to access your mobile device.
